Spring is in the air!

We have a lot of positive news to share! Last weekend we sold 2 of our listings. One in Plainfield and one in Lombard. We are really excited to see that things are moving. This week we heard some exciting news on Mad Money which is a show on CNBC hosted by the one and only Jim Kramer. Like the guy or not he knows what he is talking about. Last year he predicted the housing market to hit rock bottom in the end of June 2009. This last week the fed has informed us that interest rates are going to reach historic lows of around 4%. Currently interest rates are just under 5% which is also low. So...that means that you can buy a home at historically low prices at historically low interest rates. The time is NOW! Everyone who has been on the fence about buying or needs to do a refi...this is the time to do it! New Listing coming on the Market! and other news!

We are very excited to announce that we have another listing coming on the market tomorrow! We will be listing a home in Glen Ellyn at 327 Geneva Rd. This home is very nice and we are offering it at a great price...$369,000! Details all to come when we have it officially on the market.

We had a really great day yesterday. One of our listings had it's 2nd showing to the same potential buyer. We are keeping our fingers crossed and hoping that we could see an offer.

Busy Days

Yesterday was a busy day for both of us. Jodee attended a closing for one of our buyers who bought a townhome in South Downers Grove. There were a few hang ups but the important thing is that we closed! We are so happy for her and wish her luck in her new home!

Paul put together all the info for our latest listing. It is a great deal in Evergreen Park for $185,000. The address is 8816 S Richmond St. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath cape cod home with several additions. The house is in good condition with some need for some updates.
