Spring Buzz

Busy cannot even describe how crazy the lives of Realtors in the spring truly is! Not that it is a bad thing and we are certainly not complaining.

Paul was named Rookie of the year and named most unit sales for an individual in the Koenig & Strey Wheaton office for 2008. His first full year was a sucess and we are both very thankful for everyone's support as he couldn't have done it without you!

We had a fabulous turn around on a listing. Paul, his Dad, Aunt, & Cousin worked extremely hard staging a new listing. They painted, replaced light fixtures, cleaned, & staged this house to get ready to put on the market. It was put on the market on a Friday at 4:30pm and was sold the following day by 1pm. This is something that happens only in the movies or about 3 years ago in Real Estate. Not only that, but then it closed in 3 weeks!

We sold our listing at 480 74th St. in Downers Grove. We just closed on it on the
19th. We sold a home in Darien, rented out a townhome in Aurora, sold a home in Plainfield, Downers Grove, & Lombard.

We have a new listing in Lombard at 516 S Martha St. in Lombard for $315,000. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2.1 baths, cozy fireplace, great yard, Huge Master bed and bath and way to many other updates to mention.
