Buyers, Buyers, Buyers!

We have been working with a lot of buyers lately. Which is a really good sign that the market is picking up even more. The $8000.00 tax credit is quickly coming to a close. First time buyers basically have to close by November 30 to take advantage of this deal from the government. This program has kept this market exciting and continues to help others off the fence to feel confident in this real estate market again.

On the otherside of the coin we are going into winter with 12 listings. This will make for a very exciting Spring market. Believe it or not the Spring market starts the Sunday before the Superbowl. That is really encouraging for those of us who could do without Winter in general! Please check out our listings that are listed on the side bar of this blog.
